Set in the year 2031, life in the world has changed. After the last war ended (The war on terrorism), vampires came out of hiding in an attempt to live freely amongst the humans. With this new “scare”, the citizens of new Richmond took it upon themselves to drive the vampires back into the underworld. Now, with a new war unfolding (the Race War), one corporation vows to help rid the vampires; but at what cost to mankind?
