The Alfred Hitchcock London Walk Segues into 19th Year

Sandra Shevey interviewed Alfred Hitchcock in a rare 1-2-1 interview in 1972.  They spoke for 3 hrs during which Ms. Shevey queried the director about the notorious sexism and antifeminism in many of the films.

The result is a stark document.  One of the last 1-2-1 interviews granted by the director the span covers misogyny, Aryanism, montage, locations, sub-text as well as Paris brothels, sex apparatus etc.

Sandra plays sound bites on the daily 3 hr interviews 11am around London.  Tours also include views of 20 pieces original set art 1956 `The Man Who Knew Too Much`; locations from 3 classic films; memoirs of Hitchcock associates also interviewed by Sandra including Kim Novak, Roy Ward Baker, Shirley MacLaine, Gil Taylor, Hugh Stewart, Jack Cardiff, Betty Baskcomb and otherrs.
