Contracted through B&B Systems to help put together a start-up video post production company to include 2 online and 2 offline editing suites, a telecine and a special effects/graphics suite. The drawings were done by B&B and I ran cables, wired patch bays, programmed routers, and performed upgrades and modifications as well check-out and systems timing.

Post Group Post Production, Los Angeles; 1982-1986
Hired temporarily to help with the construction I was soon made permanent in the technical maintenance shop pulling cables and later designing and building edit suites and sound sweetening rooms. I also learned to repair ¾”,beta and 1” machines as well as video and audio mixers and edit control systems. I was responsible for installing one of the largest analogue/digital signal routers in L.A. and requested to sit in on sessions to assist editors and sound mixers.
