As BBTV enters its "Capital Investment" stage of the process in becoming a new and exciting Network, I find myself available for outside projects. My design work is completed for this phase and I am on leave from my daily duties @ BBTV (remaining as VP and a Consultant). If you know of any projects that might have need for my services or if you are starting up a project...let's talk.
I am currently in negotiations on 3 Feature Films as Production Designer scheduled for principal photography in 2009, but am always interested in starting a dialogue with fellow filmmakers as they work towards their goal on their projects (large or small I'll look at all) as I strive to fill 2009 with a full schedule and active designing outlets.

I wanted to let you know that I have just accepted the position of Vice President of Creative Design Affairs @ BBTV. In essence, I have taken on the role of Creative Director & Head of the Art Dept-Production Design Team, overseeing all aspects of Creative Design Affairs @ BBTV. It is a challenging role with tremendous potential to impact the community at large and the community of color specifically. I hope to bring to the table my unique qualifications as a Designer in the TV & Film Industry and help shape a dynamic and exciting new network.

We got some help from another lead actress in the production, Galina Friant with set design help and we are getting very good feedback about our costumes, props, and sets from a lot of filmmakers and even an art director.
