This is really a top notch script. Excellent pacing, quick-witted dialogue, can be produced cheaply, is a quick easy read, has popular appeal in the supernatural aspect, yet intelligence in the story itself, and two plot twists at the end that everyone enjoys. I'm not going to make outrageous statements like "It's the best script you'll ever read" but it certainly is a good read. If you don't believe me, that's fine because the script speaks for itself.
