A New Television Network , I signed on Monday is seeking content providers. 60/40 split

180 million homes. This equals $6.00 CPM .

Programming can be provided at any length. There is no need to put
black-spots in for commercials, because the system we are going to
launch in January automatically does that. If you provide programming
with black spots in them already, I will just have our folks edit them
out.

The content will air because I am the guarantor. I own and run the
network, and the channels we have with our affiliate relationships
gives me full autonomy.

Te average CPM is $12. What they are to get on their compensation
really has more to do with the interest of the consumer, the promotions,
and advertising going behind the branding of our network. In some
cases we have content providers that are advertising and promoting
their own programs, because in our purest form, we are a media
distribution company. My goal is for each content provider to benefit
by .5 - 1% of each category of distribution. Please look at the attached
chart to get an idea.


This Network will launch in January 2010, I will send you an agreement.
