This is to let you know I have just started designing the production of "Ghostz Love Miami" slated for principal photography -Summer 2009. As Production Designer I see an exciting challenge before me, hence my posting here.
It is a Union film with a grand vision of design. A cross/mix between "Moulin Rouge" and "Beetlejuice" set in an "Edward Scissorhand's" stylized Miami neighborhood, to be built on stage here in LA with some location work in Miami. The film revolves around one remaining Art Deco apartment in a world being mowed over by big land developers. Like in "Haunted Mansion" this Apt/Hotel from a different era is haunted by some whimsical ghostz that like to cause trouble.
The Director, Producers and I are open to review any candidates for positions on the crew in any remaining department openings. I am looking for Art Department personnel to add to my list of possible crew members. Forward your info/CVS/resume to my email address = rcadesigns@earthlink.net.

I got all your info and am forwarding it on to production. Note: We are waiting for a final GreenLight, but it is going well. Look for mid April for interviews. This is a huge cast and production. Over 100 dancers alone, so you can imagine the make-up needs.
