Currently seeking investors for a Film Co-op that is forming.

We are NOT selling parts in a movie, or charging people to work on our project.

We ARE looking for folks who are seriously interested in being part of
a film co-op where EVERYONE involved is sharing in the profits of the
movie, from the producers down to the PA's. Yup, that's right. EVERYONE
will own a piece of the project when it's finished, because everyone is
working for free during production, pre, and post.

We have part of our $50K budget in place, and are seeking an additional $30K total.

The obvious question that arises is, how can you do a decent movie for
$50K? You can when you have dedicated, working professionals who've all
made their living in the film industry for anywhere from 10 to 30 years
who are working on it.

Location is secured.

90% of the Equipment is secured

80% of the crew is in place.
SAG contracts pending.

Funding will be used for the following items:

Insurance

Food

Fuel for generators

expendibles for each department. (wardrobe, set decorations, make up, etc.)

NO ONE will be getting paid during production, everyone works for free, and everyone owns a percentage of the film. % of ownership is based on contribution
to the total production. Formula will be explained in detail to
interested parties.

Project is an action thriller with a horror edge, in the vein of "Aliens", "Predator", or "Species".

Writer director and his producing team have a PROVEN TRACK record, with
extensive IMDB credits, and a film that currently is in distribution,
has won awards, and is making money.

If you are interested, please send the following information:

Your full name

Contact number.

We will respond with the names of the key players involved, with IMDB links, and links to our work.

Please, we are NOT seeking crew or cast right now, when that time comes, we will make a post for that.  Right now we're seeking funds, so please only respond accordingly.  Thanks.
